1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns if:
The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect on delivery.
You notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
The product is unused, in original condition, and includes all original packaging, tags, and invoice.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
Customized or made-to-order furniture
Products that are used, assembled, or modified
Items purchased during clearance sales or marked as non-returnable

4. Pickup & Quality Check
Once your return request is approved:
Weโll arrange a pickup or provide return instructions.
A quality check will be conducted after we receive the product.
Refunds or replacements will be processed post inspection.
5. Refunds
Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7โ10 business days after approval.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will initiate a bank transfer.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
6. Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it.
Customized orders or items already in production cannot be canceled.
