1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect on delivery.

  • You notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • The product is unused, in original condition, and includes all original packaging, tags, and invoice.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Customized or made-to-order furniture

  • Products that are used, assembled, or modified

  • Items purchased during clearance sales or marked as non-returnable

3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Pickup & Quality Check

Once your return request is approved:

  • Weโ€™ll arrange a pickup or provide return instructions.

  • A quality check will be conducted after we receive the product.

  • Refunds or replacements will be processed post inspection.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7โ€“10 business days after approval.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will initiate a bank transfer.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the error is ours.

6. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it.

  • Customized orders or items already in production cannot be canceled.
